RNLI Appoints Five by Five to Drive Customer Experience for Their Training and Hotel Facility
May. 25, 2022
RNLI has appointed independent creative and innovation agency Five by Five to create a distinctive and authentic customer experience for their training and hotel facility, which sits at the heart of the charity's headquarters.
Located in Poole, Dorset, the venue is totally unique, as whilst providing a world-class training facility for the volunteer crew and lifeguards, it also boasts a 60-bedroom hotel, each offering stunning sea views, plus a restaurant, bar, and event and conference spaces.
Sarah Shaw, Client Director at Five by Five, comments:
“There is a real feeling of energy and vibrancy, and we want to replicate that in every customer touchpoint, providing a consistent, compelling and authentic experience. There really is nothing like it, it's an incredible venue and by staying there you also enable the RNLI to continue saving lives at sea.”
Sally Glover, Senior Marketing and Sales Manager at RNLI, adds:
"Five by Five's passion for this project was clear to see right at the very start of the process. It is clear they understand the vital role the RNLI plays and they identified some really fascinating opportunities for us to improve the customer experience. We're looking forward to working with the team and making our joint vision a reality."
