16 million French people are struggling with digital technology.

Apply for a job, find accommodation, make a doctor's appointment, redo your papers, pay your taxes, access your social rights, monitor your children's schooling... you now have to log in to access most of the daily services.

For people in precarious situations, the consequences of this "illectronism" are particularly serious: cut off from digital technology due to lack of equipment or minimum knowledge, they are deprived of essential services and slowed down in their efforts to find more stability.

16m French People Who Are Completely Indifferent to the Hype Surrounding AI, Fully Unable to Use Basic Digital Tools.

Turning on a computer, using a mouse, scanning a document...choosing a secure password: so many tasks that ChatGPT could help to understand, if only the people who would benefit from these tutorials knew how to access them. This is why we printed ChatGPT to make it accessible to people who are suffering from this digital divide.

Since 2013, Emmaüs Connect has supported the most isolated people by acting on the three main levers of digital inclusion: access to means of connection at a solidarity price, to inexpensive refurbished equipment and to free learning courses to acquire essential skills.

The campaign, created by pasdepubmerci, is visible almost everywhere in France on the JCDecaux network.
